If you want to take the guesswork out of training and are looking for an affordable, simple, yet detailed, and customized plan to follow for your next triathlon, duathlon, running or cycling event or competition – my custom training programs are a great option.
I write every custom training program with a unique athlete’s experience level, performance goals and life constraints in mind.
After ordering your plan, you will receive an email with a link to access my athlete questionnaire. This form gives me details on your training and racing history, your goals, your current life, work, travel, and race schedule. If I need more information in order to design and build the right program for you, I will call or email you with questions.
It typically takes me 7-10 days to review everything and get your plan ready to start. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
